an unhealthy and to much 'Leaner and Meaner' attitude of companies'.

A lot of companies seem to focus to much on only the things that bring in money, without really caring for their custormers or their employers anymore. That way creating companies that provide no real good service and companies that aren't good for their employers (except for possibly only 'cosmetically') That way it eventually becomes a system that doesn't work anymore.
