The official recovery disk is most likely going to be an OEM install disk, which will only work for your specific brand and/or model of laptop. Using OEM disks of other companies will not work.

I always use Lenevo laptops in my office and also use it for office work only. Lenevo is also one of the best company I personally use it from last 6 years. I am also change my laptop and pick a new laptop of this company.

It is better to have the best laptop in order to run the organization smoothly. Storage and other main key factors need to be kept in order. Keeping a track of records has to be done in a proper way instead of wasting many hours and hours on searching for documents. I would recommend an apple macbook pro.
