Hi, I have been looking for a small business forum to join and was happy to find this one. I was surprised at how few there are! Not only are small businesses my target market, but I have a small business with the same concerns as the rest of you. My specialty is providing human resources advice and products to small companies. I'm in San Diego and, other than having more employment laws in California than anywhere else, the principles of HR are the same nationwide.
I look forward to learning from all of you and hope I will be a helpful addition to this forum.

Any update on your inquiry for this one? I have some problem also looking for hr consulting or some resources. Hope there is an update after a years.
