How do you deal with unreasonable customers?

This is a topic that is often discussed, but it's important to learn how to deal with buyers that just won't be agreeable or reasonable. You have encountered this in your business many times, how did you handle this situation?

The best way I'd say is if you can avoid it do not create them in the first place. Be attentive to what they have to say and offer alternative solutions when possible.
