The first thing I thought of when I saw WindHat.com was a weather related website or company.
ThunderBell sound strong to me.

WindHat sounds somehow warm. — I like it.
ThunderBell sounds annoying, and has a reference to the already-existing Bell company.

But it would have been helpful to choose, if you had told something about your bussiness

I would suggest to go for a keyword oriented domain name,which helps you get featured in search engines.
Any ways ThunderBell sounds interesting to me.
