The New Year always brings about some degree of self-examination and the new resolution. Specifically, business people should be examining how their business operates as well as their leadership. If you don't ask the hard questions now to pinpoint, when will you invest the time needed to ensure the company continues to prosper? In many cases, business people want something more out of the business he or she started. More control over one's destiny. If this sound like you and want to get something more from your business you've got to invest more personally into your business.

1.Thoroughly Explore the Concept:-Know everything about what it is you want to accomplish, what you have to bring to the table & what the venture has to offer in return. Make sure it is financially viable & the benefits vs. risks model has been assessed.
2.Develop the Model with Precision:-Don’t attempt to reinvent the wheel, aim to make your concept better so the venture eliminates pain or adds pleasure to its niche market.
3.Plan Strategically:-Create an action plan with goals & objectives that translate into “bite size” action item tasks.
4.Review & Analyze:Constantly review your progress, learn from your mistakes & always, always analyze your numbers.
5.Benchmark Progress:Identify your strengths along the way & build your foundations upon them.

Whatever the nature of your business is and whatever its sole purpose is; if its sole purpose is to earn maximum profits then you have to implement some good business techniques.

I think the first tip for the profit is customers stisfaction. If your customer is not satisfied than its a little bit impossible to get success in the business.
