While making a business strategy, I would have to say you must plan out everything. Do not be afraid to take couple days to plan the most effective strategy in order to achieve results. Some people tend to jump into things before they are ready. Also, receive advice from close friends and ask them to tell you if you are going down the right path. Just the amount advice is right because too much may cause you to stray too much from your original ideas. These are a couple of things to consider when thinking about a business strategy.

when we are planning for bussiness we should keep in mind the loss and benefits.. we should start the bussiness which is in demand by customers in daily market ..so that we would be able to get profit in bussiness..

I don't know if it's the most important, however I do think that an important thing about making a Business Strategy would be that you have a look at your Relationship with the environment you operate in.
For example it probably isn't a very good idea to draw up a brilliant long term 5 year plan for selling shoes for dino's, because as far as I know you only can expect dino's to run arround in Jurassic Park Movies. 🙂

Business strategy is the way you achieve your business goals. For example, there are two pizza restaurants who want customers. One decides to offer deep dish and thin crust gourmet pizza and pursue business function catering, special events and eat-in customers with discerning palates.
