It is not easy to be an entrepreneur, otherwise everyone would jump on the bandwagon!! The spirit of entrepreneurship is something that is inborn, the urge to do something on your own and not be answerable to anyone else for your actions. People with a free, independent spirit who are not amenable to taking orders or adhering to a regimented work routine are the ones who opt for business.

it is tough and undeniably hard work. When you are answerable only to yourself for your actions (and inaction!), the tendency could be a kind of free-for-all; you tend to be indisciplined, wayward and in the beginning do not have the focus needed to make a success of your business. It is not easy to be an entrepreneur. Many want to be but simply don't have the stomach for it. Business ownership does not mean you get to work less, play whenever you want or show up and hope it all works. It means putting together a plan, creating a vision for your business, working harder than anyone else, being willing to do what others won't...and that's just the beginning.
