one of the most important thing to be taken into the consideration is the SWOT analysis of the business to be open up
SWOT stands for
STRENGTH
WEAKNESS
OPPORTUNITY
THREAT
these are all the keys to open the door for the success of any business
and its a fact
its always better to apply the things that has been tasted number of times

Re: Suggestions for opening up a new business?

hay there Tips for starting and establishing the new business

Always try to make as much as effort you can do to advertise and market your brand or the company name
AS its an old saying and the perfect one FIRST IMPRESSION IS THE LAST IMPRESSION
always remind that people perceive the things before using it.
If Even Microsoft the GIANT organization will not make extreme level of high satisfying kind of marketing effort it will not be the successful in any ground

Re: Suggestions for opening up a new business?

Hello to all

*Create a brand: Spend a little money to create a professional logo, business card and stationery. Present a professional image.
*Ramp up Online: Make creating a Web site a top priority. A Web site is today’s calling card. You really shouldn’t do without one. Give people a place to go to learn about your business.
*Make Your First Sale: This is key. Get that first sale even if it’s friends or family at a discounted rate. This counts as getting started, so go for it.
*Promote Testimonials: Get testimonials from your first sales. Start building credibility for your business from day one.
*Build Buzz. Be creative: Look for a special promotion, big event, email campaign or something out of the norm for your business to get people talking about you, your product or service.

Re: Suggestions for opening up a new business?

Hi,

I think market research is must and it is something that one cannot avoid before starting a new business. The most important thing is to understand the demand and then produce your goods. Keep it simple, don't complicate things.
Customer is always right.
