Do I have to forfeit my unemployment checks the minute I the LLC is created, or is it only once I start receiving income from the business?

Re: Start a business in Florida

I have known a lot of friends who have taken up Florida real estate license CE programs and Cosmetology credits so I guess the cosmetology industry and the real estate is doing pretty well in that state.

Re: Start a business in Florida

Back to the business manager that tells you they want a car that's reliable, looks appropriate for visiting customers, and is within their budget. They are not telling you about how they want to display their wealth and position to others at work. If we go even deeper into their wants needs and desires, we could find other benefits that will close the car sale at an almost unconscious level. What if you felt the business manager was really very insecure about their position. That the image they want the car to project was to build barriers with their staff. By asking about previous cars they have owned you feel they have come from a much lower income background. You read from their verbal, and non-verbal, communication that they need to be constantly proving themselves to others. Displaying a picture of their wealth and position to overcome their insecurities.

Re: Start a business in Florida

When you are starting a new business in Florida, you can set it up under sole proprietorship, a cooperative, or as a corporation. If you go with incorporating, it is the process of forming a new corporation, which can be set up as a business, a non-profit organization, or a new government of a new city or town.

Re: Start a business in Florida

Many new and startup business often have a plan of action, but lack sufficient financial resources to get off of the ground and operate successfully. When entrepreneurs and organizations lack the currency to acquire goods and/or services, bartering is an option that could benefit all parties involved. Barter exchange is a process in which trading, swapping or exchanging one commodity for another becomes a viable alternative for businesses or organizations that do not have the capital to operate as effectively and efficiently as they would like to.
