Should I rent my restaurant to my business?

I plan to open a restaurant and have created an LLC. What would be the best way for the LLC to operate out of the restaurant property that I currently own?

How would I account for my expenses in the property (mortgage payments, taxes etc..) Should I rent it out to my LLC? That would subject me to rental tax.

Talk to your bankers (I mean the kind of bank where you, your parents and your kids have accounts). YES ban is also quite supportive of start-up's (From what I've heard).

Call it traditional mindset, but I really do not believe in the concept of Healthy dining (especially since it is dining out). Having said that, best of luck for your venture. I live in BLR, so mail me once you have started out.

Hello,
Even I feel the best thing to do is talk to your finance manager. They will surely have a way out and will let you know what you can do.
I sincerely have no idea about it. Or else would have helped you out.
But anyways serious matters needs serious attention.
Thank You
