The business process is a series of activities occurring within a company that lead to a specific end. Most often, the business process focuses on meeting the needs of the customer and delivering a good or service that will fulfill that need. In many cases, the business process is actually a collection of interrelated processes that function in a logical sequence to achieve the ultimate goal

Re: Business Process

Over time businesses start doing things they need not be doing, perhaps through acquiring other businesses, or doing things in house that could be better outsourced. So there is every few years, a need to stand back and decide whether the business is making best use of it's core skills and expertise.

Re: Business Process

your business process should focus on the big picture of growth. This growth process should be evolved with every passing experience. When you have success this year, find a way to make that same success repeat itself next year with possibly a more efficient way of achieving it. Learn and grow from each experience.

Re: Business Process

For a website with an online shop you need to build a CMS (content management system) it is relatively simple to hook it up to Paypal but often very costly. I'd suggest to either look at using wordpress for a start or maybe look at buying a e commerce template and going from there.

Re: Business Process

A business process is an activity or set of activities that will accomplish a specific organizational goal.Business process management (BPM) is a systematic approach to improving those processes.

The Business Process Management Initiative (BPMI), a non-profit organization, exists to promote the standardization of common business processes, as a means of furthering development of Business Process Execution Language (BPEL) and Business Process Management Notation (BPMN). Both languages were created to facilitate communication between IT and line-of-business (LOB).

Re: Business Process

Over the period of time the definition of business process changes ...! I would like to add a bit in this precise definition that there should always be the room for those who are willing to bring variation in their business....!!

Re: Business Process

Due to economic forces both internal and external, many companies are simply looking to improve the results of their efforts, reduce costs, and integrate new systems and existing processes into their work. One of the lesser-known payoffs of business process reengineering (also known as business process consulting) is the advantage of integrating all your processes and systems to take advantage of real-time communication. It is quite common for information technology assets and communication methods to be underused or inefficient. Timely, accurate information is critical in the preparation necessary to make business decisions and run a lean, clean company. A very good business process consulting company consistently delivers solutions that result in total process integration.

It’s not just about reducing costs or streamlining a company's project management, it’s about everything: the product, the process, the performance, and the people. A business process consulting company should use holistic approach to business and technology transformation, to ensure that clients gain operational efficiencies, fiscal soundness, an energized workforce, and a greater adapative capacity to seize market differentiating challenges.

Re: Business Process

I do think that it can be helpful to look at some of the business processes seperately to be able to focus on specific processes
to be able to make it easier to ask specific questions about those processes, in a way that you can optimize those processes.

For example with 'Blogging', writing Blogposts, first I wrote posts hoping that readers would write comments by clicking the comments
link that's located under the blogpost. To make it more clear that it's possibly for readers to write their comments I placed a special
'Reminder Box' to communicate that they can write comments on posts.

It might be a little soon to already make conclusions, although it does look like it's working,
Feel free to let me know what you think by writing - your - comments 🙂

Re: Business Process

A business process begins with a specific goal in mind, and ends with the achievement of that specified goal. Everything that happens in between is part of that process. Some people tend to forget that, and the end result is failure to achieve that process which results in a loss for your business.

Re: Business Process

I don't think that there really has to be such a thing as 'failure', there are alway's results, possibly those results can differ from what you initial goal was,
even if that happens the result might be that you discover a way you can teach others how not to make the same mistakes.
A lot of profit is made out of things that first appeared to be mistakes.
