Why outsource HR?

If you are a small business, I don't think outsourcing HR is a very good idea. Outsourcing is for big companies who don't have the time, but have the money.

for big corporations, outsourcing is inevitable to cut cost. 2 foreign workers may cost the same as 1 home worker ( and their qualifications might be just the same and on par)

being cost-efficient is important in today's economy.
