Good job friends.... nice details posting about good leadership but i have a best opinion about good leadership. Leadership is centrally worried by public. Of course leadership involves decisions and events connecting to all sorts of other things, but leadership is individual compared to any other position because of its exclusive responsibility for people - i.e., the followers of the leader - in whatever context leadership is seen to operate.

Hello friends... I have same opinion about good leadership....

Many people in the profession of "leadership" and a few with great success. They did it because of its mission, vision, dreams and goals. But 12 months on the roads that have failed, the loss of energy and time.

Then ask, "What happened?"

Factors that lead to a lot of answers, and I cannot, and why cannot an organization. But today I want to draw attention to their leaders - who are building a team and keep the team moving. But what a good leader? What should be your guide to do to succeed?
