General manuals that have procedures and policies that you can modify for your own business i.e. hr policies, IT policies etc.

You can get some free stuff by looking at some university policies online and adapting them to your needs - though this takes a lot of time.

The OM also includes Operational Procedures (OPs) that spell out procedural requirements and guidance on the implementation of policies.

I think you can get some materials form university and other libraries.. Or search online for the manuals.. you will get a lot of stuff that you require..

operation should be manually, in which area you are talking. if u are talking about organization, the era has been changed. than think should be changed.
