Product support and customer service is also very good with Constant Contact.
IContact is another good resource that is used by Fortune 500 companies and over 500,000 users. You can easily track, send, open and click on email programs. They can easily help you set up, organize, and leverage your email marketing list. They have abilities up to 100,000 subscribers and even more and have an Enterprise Account Representative for you if you have larger needs.

In addition to accounting technology tools, every business needs a contact management system from day one as managing leads is the life blood of any business.
I have used several.
Goldmine used to be a stand-alone product, but now it is web-based and caters to larger businesses, under the business name of FrontRange.
I have also used SalesForce extensively. Check them out.
For new business, take a look at Highrise HQ. It is simple and they have a free version.

Thanks for sharing the knowledge. These tools are really helpful. To run a small business, it is very important to keep a track of everything. Especially in accounting, business cash flow is one of the important factors that needs a lot of attention. My organization uses cash flow management software from Concur which has been great and allows me to keep track of and account for every business expense that I place on my corporate or personal credit cards.

There are several tools which is good to use for the online small business technology which is equivalent for cash online it can be perhaps so many things which is cheaper for the maintainence costs.
