Have any of you had success using a virtual worker for either sales or admin.?
I have a very small business and I'm seriously considering a virtual PA.
Good idea or not?

We have tried using a virtual assistant but we found other than the clerical stuff where she was a big help, she could not answer any of our clients questions so we ended up having to call them back anyways, we ended up putting a better phone system in that can go where we go ie. forward the calls to our cell and periodically hire a clerical person for typing

We have not had any success at all so it is good to see there is some chance at success - it appears you just have to find the right person
