Zoho offers a really good tool on par with Quickbooks. It even has advanced tools such as project billing and time tracking.
QuickBooks is by far the best for accounting purposes. Easy to use and great for small company needs.
FreshBooks is pretty good, our company is using it. It offers a well-rounded, intuitive, and attractive double-entry accounting experience that supports invoices and estimates, expenses, time tracking, and projects.
Xero is probably the best right now. It's simple, smart and magical.
