Printer repair on us; that is what they do, sometimes. It could be for many, various reasons. Maybe there is something wrong with the circuitry that made it fail to power up or communicate with the printer properly.

For me it's HP and Canon laser printer the best in terms of parts availability and technical parts.

Well every company offers the after sales services to the products but some has the importance on it and some does not. Well the hp is the best for it and I think that is good to have hp products.

I'd suggest a better service that is based in Whittier CA. they are providing on-site repair service equipment also.so can solve the problem with the printer from there. I have received wonderful comments from the service.
