I have also observed bounce rate tends to improve when you provide content that users are really looking for. By that I mean create in-depth posts that will share as much information as possible regarding a given topic. Include visual appealing media, content that is properly written and make sure you have maximized the use of eternal links on your posts to keep users engaged within your site.

Bounce rate is a figurative term used in place for 'dislikes'. Usually, the bounce rate signifies that a person visited your website and didn't like it, maybe for any reason.

It counts as the rate of disappointment that netizens had towards your website when they visited it. The slow loading speed of your website can cause a high bounce rate. Irrelevant content on your website can cause a high bounce rate. Uninteresting clickbait content that you offer on your website can cause high bounce rates. Multiple scenarios cause high bounce rates.

To reduce the bounce rates you will have to audit your website and found out the reason for poor performance and then eliminate that content or tweak it to make it more user-friendly.

These are the actions you need to consider to reduce the bounce rate.
