Business Advice

Hi everyone,

A few months ago I posted an ad on this forum asking for advice on new business ideas. I had no idea what i wanted to do, however most people told me to focus on my interests, hobbies or things that I enjoy and takke it from there.

Anyways, im back a few months later with an idea in my head and im looking for you guys to give me some advice.

I plan to buy material for roughly £100, work on it and sell if for £250 to £400, depending on the finished article. Most places are charging £400 upwards for this type of product.

The final product may be expensive for some, however i am hoping to target those who like quality products and are willing to spend.

As i work full time, I am hoping to sell 2 or 3 of these products every month to make some extra cash.

To get the product out there, I will be creating a website, however I am unsure of how I will get people to visit my website. I am not sure if google searches will be enough.

I am also hoping to speak to a shop and ask them if they would be willing to display my item, for a share in profits......

What do you guys think?

Is it still worth starting a new business in the current climate?
