What approach do you use for your professional service companies business plan? Do you have a detailed business plan or a one page plan (this seems to be more popular now) Thoughts?

I think for new companies a one page plan will suffice, small business often have to pivot after they get started and they need to re-write their strategy

Business plan is key factor to grow business. Planning is based on person that how they are understand their planning one page plan and detail plan. There is no difference that your plan is one page or details. It's about how you can do work for your business by your planning.

I believe it is good to have a detailed professional service company business plan to guide your business throughout its entire life. A great business plans serves as a good business compass.
