Re: Employee Monitoring

Employee monitoring is the easiest way to monitor employee from a distance. And employers who are using these tools are just curious on what employees do during working hours. There are also different features to employee monitoring like computer activity monitoring, blocking website, screenshot, spying, and etc. Not all of these features are good to employees when using. Misuses of these software can also affect employees and it can result to low productivity and low self esteem.

Re: Employee Monitoring

There are many programs out there that can help you monitor and track your employees browsing history. You can also set up a program which allows certain computers at work to access certain sites while others won't be able to. You can also set up a time frame on certain sites that allow users to only access them for a certain amount. So say your employees are wasting time on different sites, you can allow them to do that for a certain amount of time, until it blocks their access.

Am I legally allowed to ?
What software is best to use?
Are there features in win xp sp2 I can use?

Thanks for the help.

I am running a small business. I am using Aobo Mac keylogger (for Mac) and Micro keylogger (for PC) to monitor my staff. They are very easy to use.
