I believe that if you have a customer already, and they would like to talk to you then it will promote your business. I am not sure if I would use skype to talk to random people about my business. However, talking to someone who is considering my product or is already a customer sounds like an amazing idea.

I am not entirely sold on the idea that video chat is integral part of promoting a business. I think where video chat does play an integral role in business is if you need to visually present something or our conducting some type of tutorial or real time lesson. As far as just showing yourself for he sake of showing yourself in a chat environment it could actually go for you or against you. One sad fact about life is it is almost human nature to judge people based on appearance and our conclusions are often very wrong or biased in some form or another. With out video your product/business gets to stand on its own free from prejudice. Video chat is very cool though and its crazy that they are integrating it into facebook now.

No video chatting is used for reduce our time and effort with video chatting we can easily contact our buyer and easily communicate with them.

People uses a lot of different ways to communicate with each other nowadays and yes, it does include video chats from different providers. Having this as a support for your customers can be really good as it can give them comfort. So, instead of having to search for phones or other means to contact you, they can do it with the process where they are very comfortable at, if they want skype, then they can use skype. Yes, sometimes I use video chat with my clients and the effect is really good, but most important thing is your body language and communication skills.
